HOW RETURNS WORK

 

We offer no refunds or exchanges on products! Everything is final sale. This is to keep everything as sanitary as possible.

 

While we do not offer refunds we do allow customers to cancel their order within the first 24 hours.

If there are any damages to products upon receiving, please immediately send us an email with pictures of the damage attached. From there we can discuss compensation in the form of store credit or new products.

If there are any issues due to allergies, or any other concerns please contact us immediately at: [email protected] or through our website and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please note that all orders are made to order to ensure that you get the longest possible shelf life.

Due to this we will take 1-7 business days to process orders and 5-10 business days to ship. The additional time allows for us to ensure that everything is sanitary and shipped carefully. 

If there are any issues or the order will take longer than 7 days to process and ship, you will be notified via email. Please contact us if you need the products in a shorter time frame. 

Also note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure addresses are accurate and that you follow up with us if for any reason a tracking number is not provided within 24hours of shipment.
